Amcat Education Center - Adjuster Training and Continuing Education

Tower Hill provides insurance coverage for homes located in Florida, a state that is especially vulnerable to hurricanes. In 2005/2006 many Insurance companies left the state of Florida, due to multiple hurricanes.  Tower Hill (Royal Palm) is one of the few companies who still provide windstorm coverage in Florida.

Amcat is offering web-based training and certification for the 2012 Storm Season. All adjusters must participate in webinar training prior to deployment.  These training sessions, lasting approximately three (3) hours, are conducted via your computer and telephone.  Please make sure you have plenty of “minutes” or free long distance as this is NOT a toll-free call!

VERY IMPORTANT: Students will need a fast Internet connection to view the visual presentation and a stable home/office telephone, with muting capabilities, to hear the audio. Using a cell phone is not advised.

  • Please have a fast internet connection and a reliable phone connection.  We do not recommend air-cards (may be too slow) or cell phones, unless plugged in (low battery life, poor reception) for this session.
  • Please have a phone with a mute button or a head-set with mute, so background noises do not interfere with our meeting.
  • You will be able to communicate with the instructor via a chat box if you have questions.
  • Certificates will be emailed to you approximately 2 weeks after completion of the webinars.
  • IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT A TOLL-FREE CALL, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PLENTY OF MINUTES, FREE LONG DISTANCE OR A PRE-PAID CALLING CARD.
