Amcat will be offering an on-line certification webinar for Louisiana Citizens for the 2012 Hurricane Season. All adjusters must attend this webinar training prior to deployment. This webinar is not associated with Florida Citizens, so regardless of your status with Florida Citizens, you must certify with Louisiana Citizens VERY IMPORTANT: Students will need a fast Internet connection to view the visual presentation and a stable/home/office telephone to hear the audio. Using a cell phone is not advised unless you have free minutes . THIS IS NOT A TOLL FREE CALL

Louisiana Citizens Webinar Details
Prerequisites	3+ Years experience as a Property Adjuster. A Louisiana State Adjusting license is not required for the class. A Louisiana State Adjusting license is required at time of deployment. Able to climb a one-story roof. Knowledge of PC operation & Xactimate.
Learning Objectives	Preparation for working claims for Louisiana Citizens
Required Class Materials	Laptop computer with Windows XP or Vista Operating System. High-Speed Internet Connection Telephone that can be used for 3 - 4 hrs A completed Adjuster Bio (emailed to you at time of registration)
Adjuster Bio Sheet	IMPORTANT: You MUST fill out and return the Adjuster Bio Sheet before you will be added to the class. Click here to download it. Please return the Bio sheets prior to the webinar. You will not be sent a internet link to view the meeting if the Bio-sheet is not sent back to us by the end of the business day prior to the meeting. We will not accept last minute sign-ups or troubleshoot communication problems the day of the meeting.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT WORKING LOUISIANA CITIZENS LOSSES	Louisiana Citizens has informed all adjusting firms that in order for an adjuster to be deployed to handle losses in Louisiana the adjuster MUST have a Louisiana license prior to deployment. An Emergency License will not be sufficient. If you do not have a LA license you should apply for one now. It can mean the difference between being deployed and not being deployed. Steps To Attend the Meeting	First, Fill out and return the Bio-sheet. Download the form on this page and follow the steps to return. Second, Register online or call and register for the webinar via phone with Anne Essley. 800-995-1433 Ext 232 Third, the day before the meeting, in the early evening, the Training Dept. will e-mail instructions about how to connect to the webinar. The Instructions will be sent to the e-mail address you provide Anne at the time of registration. Four, Follow the instructions received in the e-mail. Five, Look for a second e-mail from us that contains handouts for you to print off. We will discuss the handouts during the webinar.
