Amica Certification and MSB IntegriClaim Software Course
Amica is a nationwide carrier known for excellent customer service. Amica is among the most highly rated insurance companies, consistently earning highest marks from JD Power.
This course is a required course for any adjuster who desires to handle losses for Amica. Three years of experience is required.
This two (2) day course is a comprehensive course that discusses adjuster requirements, roles and responsibilities of the adjuster and also includes a full MSB IntegriClaim software course presented by Amcat. Adjusters will understand the best practices of handling claims for Amica and the expected field requirements and performance expectations. Homework will be given in order to properly prep students for field readiness.
Upon successful completion and a minimum comprehensive test score of 70%, adjusters may be certified to handle Amica losses, including events such as hail and winter storms.
You must have 3+ Years experience as a Property Adjuster.
State Adjusting license.
Be able to climb a one-story roof.
Learning Objectives
Develop estimates using MSB IntegriClaim.
Understand the role of the Amica independent adjuster and responsibilities set forth handling Amica claims
Passing the Amica Certification Course and Examination with a cumulative score of 70% or higher.

MSB IntegriClaim will be loaded at the time of training. The install requires two CD-ROM discs for the install. Amcat will install a short-term licensed subscription to the program for the duration for the class.
Drug Test
Drug screening is conducted on the day of the test . Amica requires a drug screening for each period of certification. Adjusters must take and pass a drug test

Class begins at 8AM. End time is based on the individual's ability to finish class assignments and exercises. Usually completed by 6:00 PM.

We are conveniently located one exit east from the North Entrance to the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport (DFW).
Park in the parking lot designated below. You will have to walk to the Amcat Education Center from the parking lot. Do not park behind the Education Center or in front of it. You can enter the parking lot by going north on Sterling from Royal and taking your first left to the parking lot area.
An Amcat contract may be offered upon successful completion of the course.

The Amcat rate is $48.00. You MUST call in advance and ask for the Amcat rate. Call the hotel directly at 972-929-5757, and tell the Guest Services Agent that you are with Amcat to receive the special rate. This hotel offers shuttle service to DFW Airport, area businesses and to Amcat's Education Center.
If you plan to come in an RV we suggest The Vineyards Campground in Grapevine, TX. Grapevine is about 15 minutes from our location.
Amcat Contract
Upon successful completion of this course and drug test results, an Amcat contract may be offered.

Class attendance alone does not guarantee a passing grade, addition to our roster (Amcat contract) or deployment with Amcat.
You must attend all training sessions, attain a passing cumulative score of 70% and meet Amcat’s contractual criteria, per Amcat's Contract, to be deemed deployable.
Amcat holds the right to objectively and subjectively evaluate a student/Independent Contractor for future deployments. Evaluation parameters include, but are not limited to Software Knowledge, Character and Professionalism.
Amcat does its best to predict, but cannot foretell, staffing needs and therefore does not guarantee deployment even if all of the above mentioned criteria are met.
Addition to the Amcat roster and an Amcat contract will be based upon the evaluation of your overall performance during your attendance of this class.
Refund Policy
Tuition may be refunded up to 7 days before the beginning of a class and upon return of all class material. If an adjuster is unable to attend a selected AMCAT course, they may within one year, reschedule the course or select a different course with the same tuition. Amcat may cancel any training at any time; reasons for canceling training would include: lack of attendees, weather and instructor availability or any other circumstance beyond our control. As best practices, Amcat will try to communicate a cancelled course on our website, by e-mailing the student or by phone prior to the course beginning.
