Emmett E. Kennedy
Emmett E. Kennedy, co-founder and President of Amcat received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University. Mr. Kennedy received designations from the Society of Registered Professional Adjusters (RPA), and Associate in Claims (AIC) from the Insurance Institute of America. He received his General Adjusters certification in 1984 from General Adjusters Bureau. Mr. Kennedy’s thirty-three years in the insurance adjusting industry has been mainly focused on catastrophe center coordination and management. He is an active member of several professional organizations including the, National Association of Catastrophe Adjusters (NACA), Texas Claims Association, the Dallas Claims Association, the Windstorm Insurance Network, Inc. (WIND) and an associate member of The Property Loss Research Bureau (PLRB).
As President of Amcat, Mr. Kennedy utilizes his highly-skilled management team to focus on providing superior levels of professionalism in the claims adjusting industry.
R. Keith LeBlanc
R. Keith LeBlanc, co-founder and Senior Vice President of Amcat graduated from the University of Southwestern Louisiana with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Mr. LeBlanc has designation with the Society of Registered Professional Adjusters (RPA). In addition, he is a member of Dallas Claims Association, Texas Claims Association, the Windstorm Insurance Network, Inc. (WIND) and the National Association Catastrophe Adjusters. Mr. LeBlanc brings thirty-five years of broad industry knowledge as well as great experience in catastrophe center coordination and management.
Within Amcat, Mr. LeBlanc oversees commercial adjusting services, and guides all aspects of AMCAT’s operational procedures.
Russel K. Jackson
Russel Jackson, Director of the AMCAT National Training Center, holds a Masters of Public Administration degree from the University of Laverne, a Bachelors of Science degree from the Virginia Military Institute and is a graduate of the US Army Command and General Staff College.
Mr. Jackson has over 30 years experience in senior management, training and adult education both in the military and business. His responsibilities included managing insurance programs, DOT and OSHA compliance for national fleet and manufacturing operations and overseeing workers compensation administration in nine states. As an independent adjuster, he has handled both residential and commercial claims as well as managed small and large catastrophe storm offices.
Other credits include being an active member of NACA (National Association of Catastrophe Adjusters.
Allan Palmer
Allan Palmer, Director of Quality Control has served 18 years in Telecommunications, with his most recent role as Director & Client Executive of Outsourcing for MCI’s largest commercial account. Previous assignments took him to Australia, as Group Executive for an MCI Joint Venture responsible for Product Management & Marketing, National Accounts Sales and Customer Service. With Amcat since 2004 his role has been to elevate Amcat service delivery, primarily in the areas of Quality Control, Business Process Engineering and Systems Development. Ancillary rolls include support for Business and Corporate Development. Allan is a licensed Texas Adjuster and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Texas at Arlington.
