Company History

Amcat was established in February 1997 with the intent to provide our clients with consistent, high quality, nationwide claims service, using well trained professionals, led by a highly experienced, “hands-on” management team. Our senior management team has over 90 years of direct catastrophe management experience.

This management team has supervised as many as 350 insurance adjusters and 100 support staff in a single location, and has been involved with most of the major catastrophic events that have occurred in the United States since 1973. They have personally supervised catastrophic losses that include hurricanes, earthquakes, tornados, floods, fire-storms, hail storms, winter storms, environmental and industrial accidents.

Amcat is a leader in the catastrophe handling segment of the insurance industry and possesses the talent, experience, resources, and commitment to successfully handle any task that it is given. Amcat has a proven track record of providing quality service for each of its clients for every event in which we have been contracted to respond. We have done this for simultaneous catastrophic events at multiple locations throughout the United States since 1997.

Amcat and its management team, along with its professional adjuster staff is positioned, well suited, and prepared to respond immediately to any size, or type of event. We are qualified to handle, and have handled all types of losses to residential, commercial, and manufacturing risks.
