Amcat’s Senior Management staff has over 83 years, collectively of catastrophe and everyday claim experience with insight into your every need. Our Supervisors are not “troopers” but are competent, well-seasoned insurance professionals in every respect. Our entire staff is committed to customer services with the goal of assisting your company in handling and controlling the disaster and overflow situations. We will provide the solution to your smallest request or your biggest need.

Our nationwide service provides you with a team of adjusters and support staff available to assist your company on a 24 hours basis. Amcat can also afford your company the additional comfort of being able to handle multiple on-site local office locations. We also maintain a “manned” 24-hour nationwide 800 number.

Our customer service team is cognizant of the challenges that clients and policyholders face when dealing with the difficult aftermath that natural disasters or man-made catastrophes can create. Amcat’s centralized call center focuses on keeping the lines of communication open by utilizing state-of-the-art communications technology.  This means that the call center can maintain constant contact with you, the policyholders, and our adjusting teams to minimize delay and provide timely responses. Amcat’s goal is to provide seamless representation for your company.  With a positive attitude and a sincere desire to help, the quality of our Customer Service Department goes unmatched in the industry.

The Amcat Rapid Response Teams

Amcat knows our clients expect a state of readiness at all times.  Our teams of qualified adjusters remain in a state of readiness for all types of client needs.  Amcat can provide professional teams and have them on site within 24 to 48 hours of a peril to begin addressing the most urgent needs of our client’s customers.  Amcat continually reviews the Rapid Response Team process to verify our ability to perform at or above our client’s standards.  This aggressive means of disaster preparedness is what keeps Amcat a cut above our competition. Amcat Quality Assurance strives to maintain a consistent high quality work product to our Customer. Amcat Adjusters submit files to QA for examination by tenured professionals using ‘best in class’ technologies. Our rapid review QA procedures allow Amcat to maintain the high quality product our customers should expect and we demand of ourselves. Production management and service quality measurements are monitored closely to achieve our Gold Standard objective.  We aim to achieve high levels of speed AND quality.
