Intermediate Property Adjusting
Designed for the property adjuster with two or more year’s experience. Upon successful completion, an adjuster is prepared to handle losses involving all coverages as well as specialty events such as hail and winter storms. Attend a four (4) - day course that meets all 30 hour CE credits needed for re-licensing.

- 2+ Years experience as a Property Adjuster.
- State Adjusting license.
- Able to climb a one-story roof.
- Knowledge of PC operation & commands.

- Construction techniques and building material for residential properties.
- Application of Additional Living Expenses.
- Preparation of Contents losses.
- Preparation of supplemental claims.
- Hail & winter storm inspection techniques.
- Develop estimates using Xactimate Summary Matrix Tactics.
- Properly prepare narrative reports.
- Use of climbing aids & complicated roof measurements.
- Consumer protection and ethics.
- Use of Xactianalysis.

- Digital Camera.
- Laptop computer with at least Windows XP operating system installed.
- Clothing for one-day outdoor activity, soft-soled shoes suitable for climbing on a roof.

A drug test is included in your tuition fee.
Adjusters must take and pass a drug test before Amcat offers a contract. |

REBATE POLICY
INTERMEDIATE PROPERTY ADJUSTING
- Any adjuster successfully completing the INTERMEDIATE PROPERTY ADJUSTING course will be reimbursed one-half (1/2) the amount of their tuition (minus the $50 drug test fee) when they submit 40 files for AMCAT, which are accepted by the client.
- Rebate is redeemable up to one (1) year after course completion.
Any improprieties by the adjuster, which result in disciplinary action by AMCAT or the client, will nullify the rebate. |
| Refund Policy |
Tuition may be refunded up to 7 days before the beginning of a class and upon return of all class material. If an adjuster is unable to attend a selected AMCAT course, they may within one year, reschedule the course or select a different course with the same tuition. |
