USAA Certification A five - day course that meets client requirements, designed for the adjuster with three or more year’s experience.  Upon successful completion, an adjuster will be certified to handle specific client losses involving all coverages as well as specialty events such as hail and winter storms.
Prerequisites	3+ Years experience as a Property Adjuster. State Adjusting license. Be able to climb a one-story roof.
Learning Objectives	Construction techniques and building material identification for residential properties. Claim preparation into the carrier's format. Hail & winter storm adjusting. Develop estimates using Xactimate 25 & Xactcentral. Use of client specific Xactianalysis.
Required Class Materials	Course manual (supplied) Laptop computer with Windows XP operating system. Handheld calculator Pen/Pencil - Highlighter Notepad
Drug Test	A drug test is included in your tuition fee. Adjusters must take and pass a drug test before Amcat offers a contract.

Class Hours	Class begins at 8AM. End time is based on the individual's ability to finish class assignments and exercises.

Amcat Contract	Amcat contract upon successful completion of the course.
Refund Policy	Tuition may be refunded up to 7 days before the beginning of a class and upon return of all class material.  If an adjuster is unable to attend a selected AMCAT course, they may within one year, reschedule the course or select a different course with the same tuition.
