Designed for the property adjuster who has 4+ years experience.  Upon successful completion, the adjuster is prepared to handle small commercial losses and commercial residential claims such as condominiums and apartment complexes. – Amcat 24 CE Credits + Haag 6 CE Credits (30 hours total!)

Amcat is partnering with HAAG Engineering and TEMPO Mechanical Services Inc. to provide a more detailed and comprehensive course for the Advanced Adjuster.

Commercial Roofs Damage Assessment by Haag Engineering, takes a detailed look at built up, mod-bit, and EPDM roofing systems. We discuss manufacturing, installation, weathering, hail and wind damage, and more. A licensed Haag engineer will teach this portion and a certificate of training will be awarded to each attendee.

HVAC Inspection & Assessment by TEMPO MECHANICAL SERVICES INC. The recipient of three National Residential Contractor of the Year Awards, Tempo Mechanical is the North Texas leader in multi family heating and air conditioning systems. This instruction will enhance your understanding of HVAC construction, proper inspection techniques and damage assessment. 

In addition to these specialty classes, the training will include instruction on commercial policies, business practices and accounting, construction techniques, captioned reports, consumer protection and techniques for analyzing large losses.

The intent of this training is to insure that as an Amcat Commercial Adjuster you are well trained, ready to close claims quickly, efficiently and correctly.

• 4+ Years experience as Property Adjuster.
• State Adjusting license.

• Application of Business & Condominium policies (1010 series)
• Accounting techniques & business practices.
• Construction techniques and building material for light and residential commercial properties.
• Dealing with Public Adjusters, Attorneys and Engineers.
• Communication techniques
• Analyze large losses.
• Writing narrative reports.

• Laptop computer with at least Windows XP operating system installed. 
  

Class begins at 8AM. End time is based on the student's ability to finish class assignments and exercises.

Upon successful completion of this course, an AMCAT contract may be offered.

After successfully completing ten (10) Amcat Commercial claims we will rebate the entire tuition $875.

Tuition may be refunded up to 7 days before the beginning of a class and upon return of all class material.  If an adjuster is unable to attend a selected AMCAT course, they may within one year, reschedule the course or select a different course with the same tuition.
